I am currently in the process of finishing my first book Only a Witch, telling a fantastical story of a runaway girl named Myra and the witch to whom she feels strangely connected. Myra and Sanora both have their own goals and plans, but as they navigate the deadly forest Myra knows so well, it becomes clear that this connection cannot be ignored no matter how it might interfere with their goals. Meanwhile, the hunters who travel with them are not keen on letting a farmer's daughter risk their bounty which they hope to collect after bringing Sanora to the capital. It's a tale of self-exploration, pushing one's boundaries, and coming of age in a treacherous and vicious world.
